Michael is a member of G&T’s market research team. He oversees our market analysis efforts, monitoring key trends and developments within the construction industry. Michael is involved in a number of our core publications, including G&T’s quarterly TPI reports and Market Updates.
He is skilled in forecast modelling, data analysis, trend interpretation, and quantitative/ qualitative research methods. Michael’s industry analysis has helped clients better understand relevant market pressures and underlying construction cost drivers.
