Will specialises in commercial refurbishment and fit-out projects in Central London, bringing a services-led perspective to schemes.
He also has extensive experience in the data centre sector, as well as masterplan and plant refurbishment schemes.
With the industry’s drive to Net Zero, Will is particularly enthusiastic to highlight the key role building services play in reducing both embodied and operational carbon.
Will is a chartered surveyor with the RICS and also a NextGen member of the British Council for Offices.
