Richard is a project manager with specific development focus and specialises in managing and delivering large, complex projects, particularly town planning applications. Richard’s main focus is Central London developer led commercial office, mixed use and residential schemes.
He also has experience of complex funding arrangements and leading agreement for lease negotiations for both developers and tenants.
