Rachel specialises in the cost management of complex and challenging projects including new build, refurbishment, historic and listed building projects across the mixed use, commercial and residential sectors.
Rachel's main focus is delivering best value to clients, through a hands-on and flexible approach. She establishes close working relationships with client and design team members and facilitates successful project delivery.
Rachel sits on the firm’s Professional Services and People and Development Committees and has led a joint cost initiative with the BCSA to benchmark and publish data on the cost drivers of steel framed construction.
