James works within the G&T infrastructure business unit leading in the utilities sector and is currently focused on supporting the fibre optic roll-out as well as the water and hydrogen sectors to increase efficiencies of construction and time to delivery.

He is experienced in the implementation and management of NEC3/4 suite, ICHEM contract suites and bespoke contract forms for complex infrastructure projects, pre and post Contract. He also has expertise in Commercial Management, Estimating and Assurance for complex onshore and offshore infrastructure projects in the oil and gas, utilities and aviation sectors.
