David has extensive experience of leading cost management teams on large, complex, high profile construction projects across a range of sectors.
Drawing on that experience, he has the ability to offer strategic advice and identify pragmatic solutions for clients and project teams. He has a track record of performing lead roles in the successful delivery of new build, refurbishment and fit-out schemes in the UK and overseas.
In recent years David has worked with some of the foremost later living clients providing integrated retirement communities (IRCs) and is responsible for leading the firm's focus on this emerging sector.
