Arvinder specialises in major procurement, supply market management and developing commercial strategies with a particular focus on benefits definition and management.

Arvinder has experience of working in the rail, defence, health and nuclear sectors on behalf of Government clients who operate in regulated environments, including Network Rail and the Ministry of Defence. Arvinder works closely with her clients to understand the benefits and outcomes they are seeking to achieve and embeds this ambition into procurement processes delivered throughout the commercial lifecycle.

Arvinder is also a guest lecturer at the University of Edinburgh, focussing on the topic of Benefits Definition as part of a procurement module delivered by the School of Engineering.
