Andrew's experience is in delivering the lead commercial role on major projects for HS2, London Underground, Network Rail, Crossrail and Docklands Light Railway.
He has spent most of his career working on the client side of the industry, but also has experience working for contractors and in the specialist field of cost information and analysis.
